渭河淤泥再生轻量土强度密度变化规律预测
Change Laws of Strength and Density for Light Weight Soil with Sludge in Weihe River
摘要
Abstract
In order to make use of high water content sludge and waste plastic foam,light weight soil was made from Weihe River sludge. Through density tests and unconfined compressive strength tests,the relationships between density and cement mixed ratio,foam mixed ratio and age and the relationships between strength and cement mixed ratio,foam mixed ratio and age were researched. The results show that a) light weight soil density is mainly affected by foam mixed ratio,with the increase of foam mixed ratio,the density of light weight soil is de-creased and the density error between theoretical value and measured value is smaller. b)The unconfined compressive strength of light weight soil is mainly affected by foam mixed ratio,cement mixed ratio and age,unconfined compressive strength increases with the increase of ce-ment mixed ratio,and the linear decreases with the increase of foam mixed volume and increases with the increase of age,but after age 60 d intensity is basically stable;c)Considering the influence factors of the density and strength,fixed moisture content is 92. 04% and age is 28 days,using linear fitting and exponential relationship fitting method,two kinds of prescription formula are established.关键词
