摘要
Abstract
The top and side beams of the steel flat gate with downstream seal stand both water pressure and load from other structure,which leads to the stress of top and side beams is large and complex. In order to improve the stress state of top and side beams to make gate safe and stable,adding plate to reinforce the gate to increase the inertia moment of top and side beams,so that the maximum stress and deforma-tion can decrease. According to a steel flat gate with downstream seal of a water conservancy project,through finite element analysis based on ANSYS show that the effect of reinforcement is obvious. Comparing stress and deformation of before and after reinforcement,stress and de-formation have decreased obviously. Structure reinforcement improves the stress state of top and side beams which is good for gate safe. Anal-ysis results show that the method is feasible also can provide a reference for design reinforcement of steel flat gate.关键词
