Abstract
Frequent changes of main River channel and diversions of rivers mainstream,will bring great negative impact and threat for flood control,water resources development and utilization,even for cross-strait people's normal life production. Taking Tibet Niyang River as an example,a comprehensive and in-depth analysis are made on the main factors influencing diversion of the Niyang River Bayi town reach,the main reasons of diversion are summarized,and the control and prevention measures are put forward,so as to guide the local water conservancy work.关键词
