珠江流域片省界缓冲区最严格水资源管理的研究
Study on the Most Strict Water Resources Management of Provincial Boundary Buffer in the Pearl River Valley
摘要
Abstract
The provincial boundary buffer is a special kind of water function zones, which is established to coordinate the relationship between the water event provinces, and to control provincial or full of upstream and downstream of the river water pollution. It is a key area of river basin water resources management. Based on the Pearl River Valley provincial boundary buffering area as an example, present in the monitor of the pollutants into the river and the water quality standard, on the basis of the current situation of water func-tion zone is to evaluate the assimilative capacity and carrying capacity, and analysis the relationship between the two. Finally, put for-ward some suggestions to strengthen the most strict water resources management of provincial boundary buffers.关键词
