珠江流域片省界缓冲区最严格水资源管理的研究OA
Study on the Most Strict Water Resources Management of Provincial Boundary Buffer in the Pearl River Valley
省界缓冲区是为了协调省(区)际用水关系，控制相邻省(区)上下游或左右岸河道水污染而划定的一类特殊的水功能区，是流域水资源管理的关键区域。以珠江流域片省界缓冲区为例，在入河污染物监测和水质现状达标评价的基础上，对水功能区的现状纳污能力和承载能力进行了评估，并分析得出两者之间的关系。最后，提出了加强省界缓冲区最严格水资源管理的几点建议。
