摘要
Abstract
After the Songhua River respite policy implementation, the Songhua River water environmental quality improved significant-ly. Discusses the implementation of the policy and the Heilongjiang Province, Heilongjiang Province rehabilitate water pollutant emis-sion reduction. On this basis, the Songhua River to study the index system of performance evaluation to recuperate, weight distribution value, data processing and computing performance evaluation methods and performance standards. Performance evaluation results show that the ecological environment improvement Songhua made significant positive performance, the Songhua River water quality of the en-vironment has improved significantly. Performance on China's Songhua River rehabilitate large rivers to promote the implementation of important significance to recuperate.关键词
