摘要
Abstract
The application of anti-ultraviolet agent in cotton fabric finishing was investigated by using a new reactive type UV absorber TINOFAST CEL. Effects of dosage of TINOFAST CEL, alkali and salt, temperature and time on properties and anti-ultraviolet property of cotton fabric were studied. The conditions of TINOFAST cellfinishing process were as follow:TINOFAST cell4%(omf), Na2SO4 20 g/L, Na2CO3 10 g/L. Dip-padding process was:twice impregnating and padding with pick-up at 70%, pre-drying at 80℃for 3 min and curing at 160℃for 1 min. TINOFAST cellfinishing was similar to reactive dye dyeing and gave the fabric a good UV resistance without affecting the whiteness.关键词
