Abstract
Taking sodium pyrophosphate as esterifying agent, the phosphate starches with different viscosity and degree of substitution were prepared by a semi-dry process. The effects the amounts of esterifying reagent and catalyst and reaction temperature, time and pH on product degree of substitution and viscosity were investigated. The results indicated that the optimum condition to the prepared phosphate starch was as follows:the reaction temperature 140℃ reaction time 90 min, amount of urea 1.5%, pH 5.0, amount of phosphate 4%, amount of acidolysis starch hydrochloride 1.4%. Under the above conditions, the viscosity of the product was 62 mPa·s, the degree of substitution was 0.004 0%and the heat-resistant stability of the viscosity was 88%.关键词
