Abstract
Airflow dyeing machines cyclically moves by fans with high-speed airflow, resulting in high electricity consumption which is alwaysnotorious problems of the applied enterprise. The equipment technology is improved by analyzing the factors of electricity consumption of fans. The electricity consumption of airflow dyeing machines is fundamentally and sharply reduced over one timethan that of primary technology. The improved technology also provides favorable conditions for tube differential control during dyeing, highlighting the features of airflow dyeing machines such as high success rate of one-time dyeing, wide adaptive range for fabrics, energy efficiency and environmental protection.关键词
