摘要
Abstract
The influence of pick up on energy consumption of stenter setting machine was analyzed, and the difference between pick up 70% and 85% in energy consumption was compared. The pick up can be reduced by controlling the line pressure of roller, and the evenness of padding liquid can be improved by controlling the roller stiffness. According to the design of the roller structure, the programs about reasonable select of roller diameter and other structures were put forward.关键词
