Abstract
To control VOCs emissions and decrease PM2.5, based on the characteristics of exhaust-gas from setting machines, the integrated physical purification technology for organic waste gas of setting machines has gradually replaced the traditional single filtration, condensation, spray scrubber and electrostatic exhaust gas purification process. The integrated physical purification operation and equipment performance were researched through the application of the integrated physical purification process on practical setting machines. Good economic and environmental benefits produced by the equipment were proposed. The trouble frequently appeared in operation was concluded via practice. The failure cause was then analyzed and the solution was also put forward in order to improve the operation stability of the integrated physical purifying equipment.关键词
