Abstract
Based on the characteristics of hydro-power station plant engineering projects, this article analyzes the capability and qualification required for chief plant engineering consultant. Apart from pointing out main risks exist in the supervision projects, this article provides preventive measures on risk control and suggestions over how to provide excellent service and how to assure hydro-power station project quality.关键词
