Abstract
This article elaborates the differences of plant engineering consulting and special equipment safety supervision in deifnition and characteristics and provides research conclusion and inspiration. Through analyzing current problems existed in plant engineering consulting, this article provides constructive advices and suggestions to accelerate legislation of plant engi-neering consulting. The legislation in plant engineering consulting will enable dynamic moni-toring of major plants; thus establishing long-term safety mechanism.关键词
