Abstract
Under the EPC model, general contractors put forward more stringent requirements on design, quality assurance, and cost control. This article analyzes the suppliers’ evaluation and choices process under the EPC model. Sichuan Electric Power Design and Consulting Co., Ltd adopted Ana-lytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to calculate and verify various indicators in its supplier evalu-ation system, providing scientiifc decision making base for general contractor in suppliers’ selection and choices.关键词
