Abstract
Reviewing features and connotation of the new normal, this article analyzes the inherent requirements for plant engineering consulting. It suggests that quality and efifciency to be the ultimate objective for plant engineering consulting services. Therefore it is important to strengthen service innovation, improve service capabilities, and expand the service scope. The article also points out several ifelds that plant engineering consulting should expand to and provides speciifc development suggestions.关键词
