Abstract
In order to actively adapt to and serve the new normal, the external and internal problems need to be solved by plant engineering consulting ifrms. This article reviews and ana-lyzes market and policy issues confronting the plant engineering consulting ifrms externally and discusses internal problems to be solved including: talent, management, and culture. Introducing internal best practices and experiences, this article provides valuable reference to further develop the plant engineering consulting.关键词
