Abstract
This article introduces the concept of efficiency and efficiency limit of engines and discusses the factors affecting quality and efficiency of engine in manufacturing process. Through analyzing the case of manufacturing supervision in Sinopec’s high consumption and low efifciency engine reform project, this article draws the conclusion that the engine efficiency is higher than the requirement of technical protocol and far higher than national standard of energy efifciency. It presents how plant engineering consulting contributes both to the improvement of energy efifciency of engines and to serving the economic transformation.关键词
