Abstract
Arbitration Court at SIDiR (the Consulting Engineers and Experts Association in Warsaw) was established in 2005. This is an institution specialising particularly in set-tling construction disputes and disputes related to public procurement. Basic steps in arbi-tration must follow the SIDiR Rules. An arbitrator at the Arbitration Court at SIDiR must abide by the established code of ethics.关键词
