Abstract
The quality of bridge crane installation is decided by construction quality of various stages including civil engineering, installation, commissioning, and others. Based on the construction speciation, this article discusses key points of bridge crane supervision management during pre-construction, construction, post-construction, commissioning, and completion stages. It provides solutions to some frequently occurred problems in typical projects.关键词
