“一带一路”战略引领的设备监理海外业务的全产业链拓展

Abstract
Plant engineering consulting service as an important element of consulting engineering industry has obtained a good development opportunity in China as more and more Chinese capital and made-in-China products go global with the help of "One Belt and One Road" strategy. Firms of this industry can seize this opportunity to accelerate their development by making good use of their capability and rich experience in servicing domestic projects. They can go global by means of “boat hitchhiking” or in “lfeet formation” to expand their business. Anyway, they have to innovate on their service mode and develop their capability to serve the whole industry chain so that they can provide good professional consulting services for the Chinese capital and equipment in overseas market. Meanwhile, the firms can also be able to implement their strategy of internationalization. This paper introduces some cases about overseas market development and business upgrading by plant engineering consulting ifrms. We expect to provide peers a reference for research and look forward to their comments.关键词
