设备监理理论体系初探

Abstract
With the development of China's economy, more and more large plant engineering projects have come into sight, resulting in great challenges for plant consulting engineers. Accordingly, strengthening the research on the theoretical system of plant engineering consulting service has become prominently important. However, exploration of this issue still does not draw much attention at present. This paper provides a preliminary study on the theoretical system of plant engineering consulting service in light of the body of knowledge necessary for a plant consulting engineer. Since the plant engineering consulting is in essence coordination and management of people and organization, this study uses the organizational behavior theory as the management basis. The paper tries to set up a framework of plant engineering consulting theory by referring to the project management theory and equipment updating/maintenance principle. The purpose is to help the plant consulting engineers have a better understanding of their work so as ot beneift project management.关键词
