Calculation of resonant transmission coefficient for triangular multi-barrier structure
摘要
Abstract
The resonant transmission coefficient of triangular multi-barrier structure is presented based on an exact solution of the Schrödinger equation by using Airy function and the transfer matrix ap-proach;Furthermore,we have also studied the relationships between the resonant transmission coeffi-cient and,respectively,the effective mass,the barrier width,the barrier height and the well width.关键词
