玻璃钢管在水电站压力管道中的应用复核分析
Review Analysis on the Application of FRP Pipe in Pressure Pipe of Hydropower Station
摘要
Abstract
Combined with the application of FRP pipe in pressure pipe of hydropower station, Diameter of pipe and the pressure rating are analyzed for the adjustment scheme from 700mm diameter spiral pipe to 600mm diameter FRP pipe in the upper of pressure pipe of Shimadai hydropower station. The results show that, in adjustment design scheme between 1# to 12# town pier 816. 8m pressure pipes using 600m diameter FRP pipe can meet the requirement of discharge capacity, and it is appropriate that pressure rating of FRP pipe is determined by 1. 5 times working water pressure, and it meets the requirements of the current codes and specification, Adjusted scheme is reasonable. Proposals from the review are references for the application of FRP pipe in pressure pipe of small hydropower station.关键词
