“一站式”社区系统家庭治疗模式对精神分裂症康复效果分析
Rehabilitation effect analysis of one-stop community system model of family therapy for schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of the one-stop community system model of family therapy on family environ-ment and self-rating health statues. Methods Random allocation was taken to averagely divide 120 schizophrenic in remission into two study group and control group. Two groups both taken antipsychotics and accepted general health education. On the same time,the study group accepted systematic family therapies on the community work therapy station while the control group had nothing. The cur-rent study adopted Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale( PANSS),Self-rated Health Measurement Scale( SRHMS),Family Envi-ronment Scale-Chinese Vision( FES-CV)to evaluate the efficacy before the treatment and two tears after the treatment. Results The difference between the PANSS score,SRHMS total score of the study group and the control group was significant[(50. 01 ± 13. 93)vs.(78. 59 ± 14. 88),(339. 97 ± 41. 86)vs.(290. 46 ± 41. 84),P﹤0. 01]. Conclusion The one-stop community sys-tem model of family therapy may help schizophrenic to be stabilized,reduce relapse and increase the self-rated health statues.关键词
