Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of treatment for elderly patients with anxiety disorders with the treat-ment of escitalopram and venlafaxine. Methods 60 cases of patients were treated form April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital,divid-ed into two groups with 30 patients respectively. Observation group and control group patients were taking escitalopram,venlafaxine. HAMA total score,side effects scale of effection and full sexual side effects scale were analyzed. Results The significant efficiency of patients in the observation group and control group had significant difference[83. 3%vs. 80. 0%,χ2 =0. 391,P>0. 05]. Two groups of patients after treatment of a week,the difference of HAMA score was significant[(4. 1 ± 1. 2)vs.(4. 8 ± 0. 8),t=4. 824,P<0. 05]. After comparative analysis,the difference was statistically significant(t=4. 824,P<0. 05). In both groups,the observation group, 7 patients had adverse reactions,the control group,10 patients had adverse reactions. Two groups of patients with similar symptoms of adverse reactions,but the symptoms of nausea and comparative analysis,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =7. 381,P<0. 05),to drowsiness,dry mouth,constipation,dizziness,headache,heart palpitations and other symptoms comparative analysis later,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2 =0. 581 ~0. 903,P>0. 05). Conclusion Escitalopram treatment effect of drugs on elderly patients with anxiety disorders fairly,but less escitalopram adverse drug reactions,it is worth the application.关键词
