舍曲林合并低剂量氨磺必利治疗重度抑郁症的对照研究
Comparative study of sertraline augmented with small dose amisulpride in the treatment of major depressive disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of sertraline augmented with small dose amisulpride in the treatment of major depression. Methods A total of 58 patients were randomly divided into study group treated with sertraline combined with amisulpride and control group treated with sertraline for 12 weeks. The efficacy and side effects were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale( HRSD)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale( TESS). Results After treatment for 12 months,the effective rates of two groups were 89. 28% and 60. 0%,respectively,there was significant difference(P<0. 05). Scores of HRSD in two groups both de-creased significantly after the treatment(P<0. 05). Scores of HRSD in study group were significantly lower than that in control group at the 8th and 12th weekend(P<0. 05). Side effects in the two groups were mild. Conclusion Sertraline augmented with small dose amisulpride has better effect than reboxetine monotherapy in the treatment of major depression with satisfactory tolerability.关键词
