社区2型糖尿病患者生活质量状况及影响因素分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the quality of life in community patients with Type 2 Diabetes and explore its influencing factors. Methods 210 patients with Type 2 Diabetes( research group)in three communities of Yangpu District were selected by ran-dom number table,and a assessment was conducted with SF-36,SSRS,SAS,SDS and FAD,and compared with 210 healthy peoples ( control group). Results The factor scores of SF-36 of research group were lower than those of control group. In particular,the role of physical health due to restrictions(RP),general health perceptions(GH),social functioning(SF),mental health(MH)and total score of SF-36 compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P<0. 05 or 0. 01). The main factors that effect the quality of life of Community Patients with Type 2 Diabetes are SAS and SDS scores,complication and FAD scores(P<0. 01). Conclusion The quality of life of community Patients with Type 2 Diabetes is low,Anxiety,depression and other negative emotions, complications,quality of family functioning may affect the quality of life of patients,more attention should be paid to in the community in the rehabilitation process.关键词
