Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of the crime,to prevent and reduce the incidence of crime. Methods Sichuan Chint Forensic Psychiatry between January 2009 and August 2012 for criminal forensic psychiatric expertise of the 40 cases the case for general demographic data,information on the case,CCMD-3 diagnostic medical conditions and Criminal Responsibility Rat-ing and other relevant data were analyzed. Results 40 cases were male sex crime,the crime object 55 passengers were female;perpe-trator with mental retardation in the majority(45%),followed by non-mental illness(27. 5%),schizophrenia(25%)alcohol-in-duced mental disorders(2. 5%). The age between 14 and 73 years,mean age(34. 15 ± 13. 04)years old,18 years old to 45 years old accounted for the vast majority(80%);low level of education,primary and absolutely illiterate most(70%);professional farmers mainly(80%),other occupations are rare;marriage to unmarried majority(72. 5%),followed by married(20%),divorced (7. 5%);there are a few cases family history of mental illness(12. 5%). Select modus object-oriented young people and children (85. 5%),of which 74. 5% are children left behind;crime locations in the outskirts of the majority(57. 5%),followed by the perpe-trators of crime or objects at home;the vast majority of the perpetrators choose during the day time(92. 5%);most of the crime is the first time(75%)of all cases are separate crime,no one instructed. Judged to be no criminal responsibility 12 cases(30%),two ca-ses of criminal responsibility part( 5%),26 cases of full criminal responsibility( 65%). Conclusion The male sex crimes with mental illness a big danger,to prevent mental illness and reduce sex crimes,we must strengthen the treatment and management of men-tal retardation,schizophrenia and other mental illnesses;strengthen children left behind,left-behind women protection work.关键词
