沙盘治疗与药物治疗对中学生焦虑情绪的比较研究
Compare effect of sandplay and dug therapy on middle school students with anxiety emotion
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the curative effect of sandplay therapy and drug therapy on middle school students with anxity emotion. Methods 60 middle school students with anxity emotion were randomly divided into 3 groups,simple sandplay therapy group,drug ﹠ sandplay therapy group,and simple drug therapy group. Sertraline Hydrochloride Dispersible Tablets were used in sim-ple drug therapy group with 50 ~ 100mg/ d at morning during 3 months,the simple sandplay therapy was used 12 times,once a week, every time 50 min. Both the control and cases groups were studied and then the results were repeated measured. Repetitive measure-ment and analysis of variance and simple effect analysis were used to analysis the experiment results. Results In experiment,there was main effect for present time(P < 0. 001)and a significant interaction between time and group(P < 0. 001). Simple sandplay thera-py works better than simple drug therapy(P < 0. 001). Drug ﹠ sandplay therapy works better than simple drug therapy(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The long - term curativeeffect of simple sandplay treatment group is good. This treatment can be used in clinical practice.关键词
