精神分裂症患者社区管理效果观察

Abstract
Objective To understand the rehabilitation effect after providing schizophrenia patients with community manage-ment. Methods The current study selected 81 patients who lived in Dongchuan,Kunming,Yunnan province from June 2006 to May 2009 and were diagnosed as schizophrenia by CCMD - 3 with convenience sampling method. These 81 patient were randomly diveded into 2 groups:study group and control group. The study group was subjected to community management after being discharged by hospi-tal,and the control group only received clozapine for treatment after discharged from hospital. Using the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS)and social disability screening schedule(SDSS)to evaluate two groups of patients recurrence and social function. Results There were 3 cases of recurrence in study group and 13 cases of recurrence in control group,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 10. 17,P < 0. 01). Two groups of social function defect detection in 5 cases and 25 cases respectively,the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2 = 27. 23,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The application of community management mode to the discharged schizo-phrenes may decrease the recurrence rate,improve the social function of the patients,assist the patients return to society,enhance their living ability,and improve their quality of life.关键词
