成都市温江区老年恶性肿瘤发病分析
An Analysis on Cancer Incidence of Elderly Patients in Chengdu Wenjiang District

Abstract
Objective To explore the cancer incidence of elderly people aged 60 years and over from 2007 to 2011 in Wenjiang district,Chengdu city,provide evidence for local elderly cancer patients control and prevention.Methods The data col-lected from the disease control center of Wenjiang District, the incidence of elderly cancer were calculated and analyzed.ResultsThe crude elderly cancer incidence rate was 44.59/100 000 from 2007 to 2011, the incidence rate of cancer in male was 61.10/100 000 and 35.43/100 000 in female.The common cancers ranked top 5 in male were lung cancer,esophagus cancer,stomach cancer,colon cancer and liver cancer.The common cancers ranked top 5 in female were lung cancer,breast cancer,cervical cancer, colon cancer and esophagus cancer.Conclusion The malignant tumor incidence rate of elderly in Wenjiang district was lower than the national level, lung cancer and esophageal cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer of digestive tract tumor is at higher incidence rate, should be the focus of control.关键词
