Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Endostar combined with transcatheter arterial chemoemboliza-tion( TACE) for treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma patients.Methods A total of 48 patients of hepatocellular carcinoma pa-tients were randomly divided into a Endostar group and a control group.All patients were treated with TACE 1~2 cycles.The con-trol group patients was treated with chemotherapeutic drugs by transcatheter arterial infusion and then atheroembolism by the ad-mixture of atheroembolism and lipiodol.The Endostar group patients was atheroembolism by the admixture of Endostar and lipi-odol.Results All patient got fever and pain at the right upper quadrant.The AFP and liver function of two groups were better than before treatment.The Endostar group was better than the control group.Conclusion Endostar combined with TACE is a safety and effective method for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma patient.关键词
