摘要
Abstract
Objective To application of sural neurovascular island flap to repair soft tissue defect of ankle and leg, pro-mote wound healing.Methods On the leg, ankle and foot soft tissue defect in 26 cases, with sural neurovascular island flap.Results 26 cases of sural neurovascular island flap survived, the successful repair of the defect.Conclusion Defect sural neurovascular island flap in repairing the ankle and lower leg soft tissue is a kind of better method, suitable for grass-roots level.关键词
