摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of platelet parameters to the diseases on platelet reduce. Methods SysmexXE-5000 blood analyzer respectively in 200 healthy subjects and 200 patients with thrombocytopenia, platelet mean volume of patients (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW), platelet large cell ratio (P-LCR) and hematocrit (PCT) were measured. Results The thrombocytopenia compared the normal population it’ platelet ( MPV, average volume, platelet dis-tribution width ( PDW) , platelet large cell ratio ( P-LCR) and hematocrit ( PCT) were slightly decreased or decreased significant-ly, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The platelet parameter analysis can be used for some thrombocytope-nia in differential diagnosis of disease screening index, which has important reference value for some thrombocytopenia of diagnosis and treatment.关键词
