PFNA 治疗股骨转子间粉碎性骨折的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To approach the curative effect of femur inter-trochanter comminuted fracture treated with PFNA. Methods Between July 2008 and January 2013, 35 patients of femur inter-trochanter comminuted fracture were treated with PF-NA, were evaluated the intraoperative blood loss, operation time, postoperative complications, time of bone union and articulatio coxae functional recovery. Results 35 patients were followed average (10 ± 2. 5) months(7 ~ 19 months), the intraoperative blood loss was (300 ± 50. 1) mL, the operation time was (82 ± 49. 3) min, the time of bone union was average (3. 2 ± 0. 9) months. The articulatio coxae functional recovery:28 patients get excellent,5 patients get good ,2 patient get better,0 patient get diference,the excellent and good rate was 94. 29% . Conclusion The method of PFNA is a modus operandi to treat femur in-ter-trochanter comminuted fracture.关键词
