Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of small covered stent in treatment of arterial disease. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients undergoing implantation of small covered stent for artery related disease from December 2011 to March 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. 28 small covered stents were set to all patients, the use of stents in diameter 6 ~ 12mm. Results All cases, iliac artery aneurysm (1 case), superior mesenteric artery aneurysm(2 cases), subclavian pseudoaneurysm (2 cases), femoral artery pseudoaneurysm(3 cases), subclavian artery stenosis(3 cases), occlusion of the iliac artery stenosis (6 cases), iliac artery and femoral artery acute traumatic injury(6 cases). Stent technical success rate of 100% , 8 cases of aneu-rysms in patients after stenting were immediately isolated, no endoleaks, distal arterial blood flow, nine cases of stenosis or occlu-sion of the lesion after stenting, lesion distal blood flow, six cases of trauma patients after stenting effectively isolated from blood vessels break; All 23 patients, one patient was lost, and the rest average follow-up time of 13. 6 months. Followed up 22 cases to good effect, no thrombosis, no shift, no restenosis and other complications. Conclusion Small covered stent for peripheral vascu-lar disease has its minimally invasive, fast, and recent efficacy, especially in some special circumstances played a role in non-substitution, but long-term effect needs further observation.关键词
