Abstract
Objective To explore the umbilical single span the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic appendectomy and summarize the operation experience. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in March 2011 to January 2012 line sin-gle-arch laparoscopic appendectomy surgery of 32 cases of patients information. Results 30 cases of successfully implemented by the umbilical single-arch laparoscopic appendectomy, operation time 20 ~ 75 min, postoperative bleeding complications, such as, intestinal fistula, infection of incision, recovering well, incision and beautiful. Because of always recurrent pelvic inflammatory disease, 1 cases in see back to the blind of adhesion is serious, into three hole method, having your appendix removed. 1 case of gangrene perforating appendix root transit line open appendectomy. Conclusion Although the umbilical single-arch laparoscopic appendectomy operation difficulty increased, but safe and feasible, cosmetic effect, worthy of clinical application.关键词
