摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence of Adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) among the school-age population in Zigong. Method From 2008 to 2012 a total of 17348 students among 7 to 17 year old in 30 schools of Zigong were screened. Result The Cobb angles more than 10 degrees were found in 89 children, the prevalence of AIS was 0. 51% . The prevalence of AIS was significantly lower in boys than that in girls. Conclusion The prevalence of AIS is 0. 51% in Zigong. In-vestigation on scoliosis among school-age population is very important.关键词
