护理干预在带状疱疹后遗神经痛中的应用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention for herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods Randomly di-vided 60 standard patients into observation group and control group, each with 30 cases, the control group were treated by conven-tional care, the observation group were treated by nursing intervention, compared their clinical therapeutic effect. Results after the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 83. 33% , significantly higher than that of the the control group which is 66. 67% , which suggested statistically significance (P < 0. 05). The VAS score of two groups were similar when choosed into groups, without statistically significant difference (P > 0. 05); After 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment, the VAS score were significantly decreased compared with the time when they were choosed into the two groups, which suggest statistically signifi-cance (P < 0. 05), but that of the observation group decreased more greater than which of the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclu-sion Nursing intervention can improve clinical curative effect of pregabalin herpes zoster neuralgia treated by pregabalin, which is worth clinical application.关键词
