胰腺癌320排容积CT全胰腺灌注分析
Initial Experience of Whole Pancreas Perfusion Imaging with 320-Slice CT in Pancreatic Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the value of perfusion imaging with 320-slice CT in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and compare the perfusion parameters between pancreatic cancer and normal tissue in the same patient. Methods 25 patients with pancreatic cancer underwent CT perfusion on a 320-slice CT of Toshiba Aquilion one body perfusion software and the perfusion characteristic parameters( including AF,TTP) were compared. Results Pancreatic cancer showed higher TTP and lower AF com-pared with those of normal tissue in the same patient(P<0. 05). Conclusion 320-slice CT perfusion is a feasible technique to assess pancreatic blood perfusion. Comparison of perfusion parameters of pancreatic cancer and normal tissue of the same patient can be a good option in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Permeability can assess the degree of blood vessels destruction.关键词
