Abstract
Objective Making a summary of the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of the isolated sphenoid sinus cyst. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the cases of isolated sphenoid sinus cyst collected from our hospital in the last decade. Results Isolated sphenoid sinus cyst is rare in clinic, and the main clinical manifestations are headache, decreased vi-sion, postnasal drip. It can be diagnosed by preoperative imaging CT or MRI examination and postoperative pathologic examina-tion. Conclusion The Clinical signs and symptoms of isolated sphenoid sinus cyst are not typical. It can be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis easily. It can improve the diagnostic rate through detailed inquiry, accurate auxiliary examination, timely surgical treatment.关键词
