摘要
Abstract
Objective Evaluation of azithromycin and cefoxitin espectively combined with metronidazole in treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease clinical curative effect. Methods Using a randomized, double-blind, controlled study. Results Experimental group efficiency(90%)(control group:70%). Effective rate between two groups have statistical significance. Exper-imental group the incidence of adverse reactions was 8%( control group:10%) . No significant difference was found between two groups of incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion Show that treatment with azithromycin pelvic inflammatory disease curative effect is better than that of cefoxitin, and short duration, good safety.关键词
