类风湿关节炎患者合并甲状腺疾病的临床分析

Abstract
Objective To inquiry into the Incidence and severity of rheumatoid arthritis incorporate with thyroid disease. Method The retrospective analysis of 123 patients, were divided into the normal group and abnormal group according to thyroid function respectively, as the observation group and the control group. RA score 、thyroid function 、TPOAb and TGAb of the 123 patients were confirmed and analyzed statistically. Results Among the 123 RA patients, 28 cases with abnormal thyroid func-tion, the incidence was 22. 8%. The observation group RA score and the positive rate of TPOAb、TGAb was higher than that of the control group, RA was positively correlated with the TPOAb and TGAb score,No correlation between RA score and thyroid function. Conclusion RA patients with abnormal thyroid function should cause the attention of medical workers, especially pay attention to patients with RA improve screening thyroid function and antibodies, so as soon as possible to take more aggressive treatment, improve the prognosis.关键词
