鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of nasal endoscopic plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods 80 patients were divided randomly into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases). The control group was treated with traditional turbinotomy, and the observation group was treated with plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature, then the clinical efficacy and complications of two groups were compared. Results Operative time, blood loss and edema time in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0. 05). The total effective rate in treatment group was 95. 00%, in control group was 77. 50%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The postoperative complications rate in the observation group(10%)was lower than the control group(35. 00%)(P<0. 05). Conclusion Nasal endoscopic plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis can effec-tively recover the normal ventilation of nasal cavity, and protect the physiological function of the inferior turbinate. It was an effective method for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, for the advantage of less postoperative complications and higher safety.关键词
