摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect and sideworks of the therapy,that cures the initial infection after pos-terior lumbar internal fixation operation. Methods Reviewed the seven cases in our hospital from January 2008 to August 2012, it worked well after the therapy of trioxygen. Result Comparing to the simply irrigation and drainage, the therapy that cures the ini-tial infection after posterior lumbar internal fixation operation obtained an excellent result. It reduced the healing time by 7days. And this diffrence makes a statistics value(P<0. 05). Conclusion Trioxygen used in initial infection after posterior lumbar in-ternal fixation operation win an excellent clinical effect. The therapy avoided the internal fixation removing,reduced the treating pe-riod, increased the healing rate,and decreased the sidework.关键词
