Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effection of microsurgery for the fallopian tube anastomosis after ligation, then summary the impact factors of postoviduct operation for pregnancy rate. Methods 77 cases which were treated by microsur-gical fallopian tube anastomosis after tubal sterilization access as the study object,in our hospital duringMar. 2010 to Mar. 2013, with the age, BMI, ligation time, perioperative, intraoperative situation and consistent success rate and postoperative pregnancy clinical data for analysis. Results Each operation were performed successfully. A total of 77 patients, 149 of the fallopian tubes, consistent success in 144, the overall success rate was 96. 6%, there was no statistical significance for anastomosis success rate (P> 0. 05). during 59 cases of postoperative intrauterine pregnancy, spontaneous abortion for 3 cases, extrauterine pregnancy for 1 case. general intrauterine pregnancy rate was 76. 6%, the incidence of ectopic pregnancy was 1. 3%. the patients less than 37 years old with intrauterine pregnancy rate is higher than 37 years old, there was statistical significance(P< 0. 05). Conclusion Microsurgical fallopian tube after ligation was safety and effective, and has be remarkable application. The age is the main factors affecting the pregnancy rate for postoperative.关键词
