Abstract
Objective To observe the combination regimens in the treatment of neonatal apnea application results. Methods Between January 2010 to June 2013 were treated 67 cases of neonatal apnea disease, according to the different sub-groups and the con-trol group of patients with treatment and control groups were 34 cases selected aminophylline treatment, in the observation group, 33 ca-ses of children with theophylline therapy based on the use of saloon. Compared two groups of children with apnea, seizure duration, dis-ease disappear time and efficacy. Results The treatment of children in the observation group total effective rate of 91. 2%, 66. 7% in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0. 05);while observing the group of children with apnea, seizure duration, disease disappears time were lower than the control group, significant difference between two groups(P<0. 05). In addition, two groups of chil-dren had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion aminophylline combined with saloon treatment can effectively improve neonatal apnea symptoms in children with no obvious side effects, worthy of clinical application.关键词
