联合补中益气汤加减辅助治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Buzhongyiqitang adjuvant treatment in patients with chro-nic atrophic gastritis. Methods 60 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups:the control group of 30 cases, treated with routine western medicine treatment;30 cases in the treatment group, in addition to above treatment, com-bined with Buzhongyiqitang adjuvant treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93. 75%, higher than that of the control group(P<0. 05), and markedly effective rate reached 73. 3%, than control group(P<0. 01);under endoscope the patients in the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion Combined with Buzhongyiqitang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis have curative effect.关键词
