腹腔镜下复杂性胆囊手术40例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment complexity. Methods The hospital treated 40 cases of gallbladder in patients with laparoscopic operation complexity adopted. Results 40 cases of complicated gallbladder patients successfully completed all or most of the gallbladder resection. All patients postoperative vital signs were normal. There were 7patients had postoperative complications,1 patients after the second operation with gallbladder triangle ooze blood and elec-tric burn titanium clip hook under the cystic duct bile leakage after cure disease,the symptoms disappeared after treatment,all pa-tients with satisfactory result. Conclusion The clinical complexity in laparoscopic cholecystectomy,which significantly reduces the risk of operation,reduce the patient pain,and faster recovery,with the operation equipment in the technical and functional on a continuously updated improved,its apply limits to will expand further.关键词
