Abstract
Objective To analysis of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods 2400 cases pregnant women from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital admissions were research, and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound were used for them for prenatal maternal fetal examination, recording two kinds of diagnostic results of screening methods . And the correct diagnosis of the two approaches were studied. Results After the maternal prenatal screening for fetal malformations process, the survey found 2400 cases of pregnant women, a total of 2412 cases of childbirth fetus, fetal 2388 cases in which a single, twin 12 cases. According to follow-up survey results confirmed fetal deformity, 130 in total,And with the two-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional prenatal ultrasound screening for fetal outcome were analyzed. In prenatal diagnosis, were used two-dimensional ultrasound and real-time three-dimensional ultrasound ex-amination of two groups of patients were analyzed, real-time three-dimensional ultrasound examination showed that surface malfor-mation on the correct rate ( 90. 0%) was significantly higher than the two-dimensional ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate (72. 5%), the diagnostic accuracy of both methods was statistically significant( = 8. 0410, P = 0. 0046). Conclusion Re-al-time three-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations has higher value, worthy of clinical application.关键词
