摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the individualized nursing intervention for breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy compliance. Methods 132 cases of breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy were randomly divided into routine nursing group ( control group) and individualized nursing intervention group ( observation group) . Control group given conventional nursing, the observation group was given individualized nursing intervention, and observe the patient's negative psy-chology and adherence to evaluation. Results Accept the individualized nursing intervention in patients with anxiety and compli-ance is better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of individualized nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer postoperative chemotherapy, can significantly improve the breast cancer patients postoperative chemotherapy compliance, is conducive to the smooth progress of standardized treatment, im-prove the quality of life of patients.关键词
